Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ALStudio.ai, its platform, tools, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to:

• Individual users accessing ALStudio.ai under any subscription plan

• Teams and organizations using ALStudio.ai under a business or enterprise account

• Agencies and partners accessing the platform under a white-label or reseller agreement

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

ALStudio.ai is a Creative AI Operating System that provides AI-powered tools for multilingual content production, brand management, creative workflow automation, and related services. We operate primarily in the MENA and GCC region and support Arabic-first multilingual content production.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Registration

To use ALStudio.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information

• Keep your password secure and not share account access with unauthorized parties

• Notify us immediately at support@alstudio.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ALStudio.ai only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or obscene

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission

• Use the platform to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without a written reseller agreement with ALStudio.ai

• Use the platform in any way that violates UAE law, KSA law, or any other applicable local regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these rules, without refund.

5. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform — brand assets, text, images, and media. You grant ALStudio.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

AI Outputs
Content generated by ALStudio.ai's AI tools using your inputs is owned by you, subject to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

• ALStudio.ai does not guarantee that AI outputs are free from third-party claims

• We do not use your content to train our AI models without your explicit consent

ALStudio.ai's IP
All platform technology, design, trademarks, software, and underlying models are the exclusive property of ALStudio.ai. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans
ALStudio.ai offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Plan details, pricing, and included features are listed on our Pricing page.

Payment
By subscribing, you authorize ALStudio.ai to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current period.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment is not received within 7 days, your account may be suspended.

Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance before any price change takes effect on your account.

7. Free Trials & Promotional Plans

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

8. Termination

By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@alstudio.ai.

By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days

• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

ALStudio.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose

• The platform will meet all your business requirements

You use the platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content produced by the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALStudio.ai and its founders, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill

• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ALStudio.ai in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALStudio.ai, its co-founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms

• Content you upload or generate on the platform

• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

For enterprise clients, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), if agreed in writing by both parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you by email if changes are material. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
